Joyful Nutrition is about health and safety, providing consulting services for many aspects of nutrition and lifestyle. Areas of specialty include:
-clinical nutrition (inpatient, outpatient, long-term care, assisted living, home health),
-food service (kitchen inspection, title 22, menu development and analysis),
-nutrition education (individual, group, University-level, public health)
Services are provided by a Registered Dietitian with advanced degrees in Exercise Physiology Nutrition and Public Health. She has more than ten years of work experience as a Registered Dietitian and 15 years of nutrition and food service experience including residential care, clinical/hospital, and retail service environments.
